Please suggest a simple software which can autocorrect, crop & resize images like microsoft picture manager...?

i cant download microsoft picture manager so suggest any other simple software.

I use Microsoft powerpoint for basic quick crops. I use Adobe Photoshop and Photoimpact for detailed stuff
