I have 5 columns of data in excel. I want to get only the unique values. First column has account number, second has names, third have phone numbers and fourth is having pin code. The account number column have duplicates, now I want to extract the account number, name, phone number and pin codes with duplication. how Can i Do it in excel.

insert additional column as the first column and input serial numbers.

next sort according to account number.

this will result in unsorted table by other columns.

now you can edit as you desire.

do this exercise in a copy and keep original file untouched.

for the removal of duplication & extraction of unique values of the account number column select the any cell of the account number column then go to the "DATA" menu & click on the "REMOVE DUPLICATES" then mark the check box with the account no. column title & disselect the other check box & press the "OK" button then u will get the unique values .......
