Vista has some downsides of the fence: * most of the video games are actually not to any extent further be supported by using XP except it does say it at this equipment's minimum equipment standards. * most of the computers are Vista while equipped and don't help an XP downgrade * Vista takes up extra reminiscence in so you might get an extremely good workstation for matching your way of life. productiveness and undemanding video games (under $a thousand) or intense Definition video games (Over $2000) as quickly as I get a Vista pc, I even have it equipped by using the OEM producer's internet site somewhat as I actually have a line of credit with them and have the wonderful deal executed on it that's the main costly of direction yet somewhat worth it. the main inexpensive the pc isn't that good in case you're thinking buying intense definition video games like Crysis to run on it.

It depends, if your computer has important software/data stored on it, then wait a while longer.

If you have a less important computer, you can try installing it on there first. Windows Service Pack 3 ~67MB.

I personally would try it on someones elses computer first ;)

Read all of these reviews:

All of these reviesd are the one who has already download and install service pack 3, and it looks like they didn't liked it.
