I want to set up a splash screen that will be displayed before users connect to my internet, is it possible to route my internet through a PC so i can display a splash screen and collect data from it that the user will input?

The main reason for this is that many of my neighbors want to connect their wireless devices to my router as I have a very fast and strong wireless signal, and I want to charge them a fee to use my internet.

FYI: My ISP is Sky. There is very limited customization options on the routers firmware, and is not possible to update the firmware to a firmware that is not made by Sky.

If possible, i'd like the splash screen to display the user input information in a table or spreadsheet, and have the ability to monitor it and control it in real-time

The terms and conditions governing your connection will probably prohibit the re-selling (fee charging). As the account holder your are liable for prosecution for any illegal activity which occurs via your account. The reason you cannot change the firmware or connect to a non-Sky operator is because the connection is closely monitored. They would soon become aware of what you were doing. The whole idea seems fraught with problems and should be abandoned.

What you are looking for is called a 'Captive Portal' which is a hotspot authentication gateway, similar to what T-Mobile and Starbucks uses. Google "How to set up a Captive Portal" and you will find what you are looking for.
