what is this error code on my xp computer at start up that prevents it : The procedure entry point Kernel32.Idn to Ascii could not be located in the dynamic link library normaliz.dll.
this started after updating windows, adobe and norton security updates restarted and then this,happens when i start the computer and stops with this code just when its ready to load desktop icons , i've tried everything to fix this even reinstalling windows to correct it it won't allow it, i don't want to reformat hard drive and do a clean install and lose everything.
