A CPU is a chip - the Central Processing Unit.

To access your command prompt, click "start" "run" then enter "cmd".

To edit your registry do as above, but replace "cmd" with "regedit".

To access Windows Explorer, press the super key and "E".

Format and reinstall as a first move towards fixing the Dr Watson error.

dwwin.exe is basically dr watson-a windows error reporting tool. In essence what your computer it trying to tell you is either you have an application that is trying to read, write or modify a number of other .exe files, or that it thinks you have an application that is attempting to do same. your choices to fix are to update windows esp the security updates, scan for spyware/adware/viruses or other malware, and last disable the reporting tool. instructions on how to do same are included in the link as is the windows update site.

what you pry wana do is if its an old machine, get rid of it, get a new one because obviously that one is just gona crash. if not, take it to (or call someone and have them come to u, lazy ((lol))) best buy's geek squad, circut city's firdog, or some other local or any computer expert and they'll have it fixed up for you.

When did this start happening what did you do before it occurred. I would recommend doing a system restore to an earlier date.
