Why is nerostartsmart.exe and nero.exe closing/crashing?

Why would these just be closeing/crashing?

I keep trying to start nerostartsmart.exe and nero.exe and they just close giving no errors? Just by watching Processes in Windows Task Manager and they just go away every time I try to start them

Windows XP Pro. and think the nero is Nero 6 OEM Suite can’t seem to find the OEM install right now to try reinstall like didn’t last time to fix this

*Can’t buy newer full versions.

Completely remove Nero using their General CleanTool then install again.

If this is a pirated version that you downloaded then it probably won't work.
