how to install windows 7 xdark deluxe?

Question

so i have this windows 7's professional in my comp, and i want to replace it with windows 7's xdark deluxe version so help me with the procedure to replacce it.
the requirement says:

* 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster 64-bit
* 2 gigabyte (GB) RAM
* 25 GB available hard disk space
* Internet Connection
* DVD / USB HDD-Stick with more than 6 GB Space
* DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM 1.0 or higher driver

and when checked the same for it in my pc, theres resolution upto 32 bit not 64! though i have 3 ghz

Download the .iso. Burn it to a dvd and make it bootable. Press repeatedly escape or whatever you press when your computer boots to select a boot source. Install to a new partition or overwrite your current one.
