how to animate in Photoshop cs6? or make comic panels/strips?

So I just bought cs6 wanting to animate, and don't understand how would I dl this?

I understand "create timeline, but after? How do I change fps? How do I go to next panel/frame? Etc
Also how do I save as an animation? Does it save as a GIF? How would I edit KT to make sound for it? Get Sony Vega? Need a full break down on it.

Also how would I make comic strips? Its been like 4 years since I had a computer ( only been using phones) and with phone apps everything is kinda head on/easy, don't really understand 😕 thanks in advance for anyone that can help :D

I think that you should use a program like Toon Boom Harmony, which was created specifically for the animation.

Photoshop was the wrong choice. If you're set on using Adobe products for this, the closest you'd get is Illustrator.
