It's safe to uninstall all of them because if you need c++2005 or 2008 you can just download the current version again free from Microsoft...

You get so many because when you install a program that requires c++ it also includes a version of c++ in it's installer. And then once you have a version of c++ it'll get updated through Windows Update.

I'd keep the latest c++2005 and the latest c++2008

Microsoft seen c++ is used to run particular courses that you purchased or have on your computing device i does not recommend deleting it because without it your courses that you've already got or will acquire gained't function like they ought to or in any respect. Now there is yet another microsoft seen c++ that you purchased so in case you haven't downloaded some thing related to this then it is secure to assert that you do not want this deleted.

If you uninstall them, any applications that rely on them will stop working. Most of these are just tiny updates.
