i need to add a new page at the end of my document, as it is made up of text boxes. the only way i know of is to insert a page break, but that moves my current page down and inserts a blank page where my other page was. eg. i finish page 1, insert page break, page 1 (with my stuff on it) moves to page 2, and page 1 is blank
this is REALLY REALLY annoying and i need to fix it. what do i do??????? HELP PLEASE

Click on Insert, then on Break, then select Page Break and click OK

You need to make sure the boxes (text boxes or images) are 'anchored' above the line of the regular text body where you insert the page break. When the box anchors are below that insert point, the boxes get pushed forward to the new page, just like regular text would be pushed...
1. Turn on 'Show non-printing characters' so you see all paragraph signs, etc.
2. Click on the frame of a box – you'll see a black anchor icon at the left margin of the page – drag that anchor to a higher position on the page than where you will insert the page break.
If you don't have any text lines on that page (only boxes), press the Return key to add a new line, so you can drag the anchor above it before you insert a page break in the new line.
If you don't want to re-anchor every single box, select them all and group them first (right-click on the selection and choose Grouping > Group ...)

Click on each of the text boxes and go to Format>Text Box, click on the Layout tab and select In front of text.
Now when you add a page break your text boxes will still go to the second page, but by holding down Shift you can select them all together and move them back to page 1 together so your layout does not alter.
If you've more pages you to with text boxes, insert some page breaks first before you draw your text boxes.
