i heard that java is preinstalled in most linux OS just like GCC compiler.....
has javac complier is installed in ubuntu???
i saw only java command in ubuntu!!!!
can java programs be compiled and xcecuted in ubuntu??
if it is not installed how do i get it???

No I don't think so.
Java is not preinstalled in Ubuntu
But you can get it free of cost easily.
Use Ubuntu. It installs for you anything you want by downloading it from site.
It is good Linux.
