Question:
How do I print a color PDF document to monochrome?

I have a color PDF document that I would like to print to monochrome or grayscale to my black and white laser printer. I don't see any option to print all geometry to black? The reason is that the elements of the document that are yellow are almost impossible to see on the printouts.

When you press print, the more detailed box will pop up, change your printer settings to black/white or grayscale.

go to Edit >> Preferences >> Color management.

From here you can select the type of grayscale you want so that the yellow can come up better.

Print settings: change it to grayscale.
