Best DVD Creator for Me?

Question

Okay, well i have somd MKV files of anime episodes on my computer
I want to put them onto DVDs (I have several 4.7 GB DVDs) and have a good episodes menu on each disc
I have Xilisoft DVD Creator but I cant fit 7 episodes on one disc like I want (each mkv file is 90MB) unless I have it at very low quality.
Can someone please tell me a good DVD creator that has a very customiseable menu and will let me have 7 mkv's on one 4.7 GB dvd?

toast is the best dvd author. iDVD is super for authoring DVDs macTheRipper is the super for ripping DVDs. maximum macs do not help DVD+R , merely DVD-R and a few do DVD-RW
