Question:
Where can I find an online text to speech program that has Microsoft Sam as a voice?

I need to find a text to speech program that doesn't need to be downloaded as I am on chrome OS. It needs to support Microsoft Sam's voice for different characters and such. The YakItToMe does not support MS anymore so I need something different. Where can I found such a thing?

MS Sam has been discontinued by Microsoft and is no longer supported on their latest Speech Application Programming Interface (SAPI). That's probably why YAKiToMe doesn't support it any more. I believe MS Sam was discontinued around Windows 7 timeframe, a few years back. It's a shame, really, because Sam was the only one who could do the ROFLcopter.

Maybe you could directly ask Microsoft or Google. Microsoft SAM was discontinued a while back, about when windows seven came out. Windows did not feel it unnecessary to include SAM in windows seven.
