Having problems downloading from youtube?

I have this problem that happens with some of the files I try to watch on youtube (Not all). I click on the link and it starts showing the video but then after a few seconds before the actual time of the video ends it stops showing the video and the little circle goes to the beginning of the file and if I click on the play button again it will only show up to the last point again. I noticed that the red download bar under the video file is full with light red color but the dark red which means how much is downloaded is only up to the place the video stops. It only happens with some of the videos and it's a recent problem (I didn't have it before) Is this problem associated with the actual file or is it my computer? If it's my computer how do I fix it? an example of a link that does that is here:

That's a youtube related issue, has nothing to do with you. I've had the problem myseld. Typically it's on videos that have recently been uploaded.

I usually don't have problems loading videos on YouTube. I realize you asked this question 4 days ago but the last few hours I've had trouble loading about half the videos. Everything from every other site loads fine so it's probably just a YouTube problem.
