Deleted a Microsoft Word file from USB?

Question

It's not in the recycling bin because i deleted it from the usb. The name of the file is found in the recent files list but it "cannot be found"
Is there anyway i can recover it????

I'm using a windows vista

You can't. It's impossible, since its already deleted.

First, you're not using "a windows vista", you're using "Windows Vista". Second, I'm not sure what you mean when you say you deleted it from the usb. A USB is simply a port. It doesn't store information. If you had it on a flash card or thumb drive that was PLUGGED INTO THE USB PORT, that's different. You can plug it in and try some recovery software like:

open the usb select the file right click then delete:) would not be there usb doesn't use the recycle bin just go in to the air:)
