Where can I download a flash block for Internet Explorer?

I have Flash Block for Mozilla / Firefox but apparently it only works on Firefox, not IE. So far I have been unable to find a flash blocker for IE. Got one?

This is just simple. Download this little utility http://flash.melameth.com/ or disable Fflash addon right in IE.
