Looking for a certain type of software...?

I'm looking for software that is excellent for someone in sales that deals with customer information, previous sales, previous contact attemps, follow-up scheduling, etc...

I am in need of something to help me stay organized with many new customers and scheduling follow-up conversations and keeping track of past conversations.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

ACT! is the best CRM software out their. You could also try using http://www.freecrm.com/. Its free has some good features and if you need more you can upgrade to a program for 14.95 per month which is alot less than ACT.
