download novice here./cant get Adobe Reader 7.0.8 for windows x p english to download..Would appreciate some advice.
Keep getting message saying./This file does not have a program associated with it performing this action..Then it go,s on to say....Create an association in the folder options control panel....Went to the folder options icon opened it ,then didnt know where to start......Need this to install so i can view my C.V for a job i am applying for..Thanks for any help if possible.

It sounds as if you have a pdf file; if you installed Adobe Reader correctly it should create a file association automatically.

Right click on the pdf file, select properties; where it says "opens with", select Adobe Reader.





If problems persist, download Foxit Reader - it's free and simpler to use than Adobe

First be sure to uninstall any previous version by clicking on..Start..Control Panel..Add/Remove programs..Then click on the link below to download the version you need t your DeskTop(if asked)..There is also a link to support on the page.

Try saving the download to desktop...After it completes,click on the install icon

Try and find something involving pictures and try to download that. I

With luck, it'll offer you Adobe - so take the offer. that's your associated file!

Uninstal previous version,delete cookies and temp folder.



Redownload adobe and save to desktop,then run from there..
