Using cond. formatting on an excel spreadsheet. The shortest bar should have a small line of color in it but does not. Can't figure out why. Anyone out there an Excel pro? Thanks for looking.

right it is one thank you to do as you like. spotlight cells C3:C134 get entry to Conditional formatting and enter this because of the fact the hot Rule: =AND(C3="Avail.",H3=MAX(H:H)) format the Fill colour or Font as you like and click 'ok' two times. pick cells H3:H134 get entry to conditional formatting and enter a similar formulation because of the fact the hot Rule: =AND(C3="Avail.",H3=MAX(H:H)) format as you like and click 'ok' two times. Now, while a given row includes 'Avail.' in column C and the cellular in column H, in a similar row, is the Max cost in column H, the two cells in column C and H will format as you opted.
