Linux uses a highly structured file system. Every thing has a specific location. It's not scattered all over the Hard Drive.

Linux distributions are the best operating systems, they are small in size, and have a great GUI. For these reasons, linux distributions will run faster than windows on any computer

Hi

Windows grows with security fixes and updates. This makes the OS bigger.

Also each program has its own copy of lib files

Linux shares one lib with all programs so avoiding bloat.

Linux stays the same

its called extra crap. and needs to be removed. its a bunch of temporary files that linux by default usually deals with when you uninstall stuff but windows likes to leave folders and stuff like that on the drive.
