Some computer program help please.?

Ok so im trying to download a file on my computer but when i download it, it wants to save it as a rar. file and the program that i want to put it on to on my computer does not pick it up. When i go to the website to download the file i want its a .shx file but it dont download as that it downloads as a .rar file. any help? please thanks. oh the files im trying to download are here. http://www.planetmotox.net/

The files might be actually zipped into .rar file.

Use winrar to unzip it. Or if u are using WIN XP Pro, search file with the advanced option of "search in zipped folders" selected. If there is a .shx file in .rar folder, you should get it..

The file you want is inside the .rar file. Try WinAce www.winace.com/ to extract it.

the file has been compressed and you need to extract it using something like winrar, which is a free program you can download.
