i was wondering you know when you download a program from the web how you can either run it, or save it, and when you choose to save it saves into a portable icon on your desktop that when you click on it it extracts and installs! so you can transfer it from pc to pc with a cd, thumbdrive etc. well i was wondering if a file like that could be attached to an email so instead of people going to a websites and downloading the program, it would be attached to my email and they would download off that way to there pc?

program files have the .exe file extention, so find that file and add an attachment to your emails. however, most email providers don't allow .exe files to be transfered or uploaded due to the possiblity of viruses, so you might need to compress the file as .zip file then attach that file to your outgoing email.

that's kinda puzzling to try this. The older purposes you ought to get via copying from one laptop to a distinctive. newer purposes use shared DLL records and additionally clutter ones registry with entries mandatory to make the appliance artwork. that's a generic assertion. If the particular application you talk of is great, like workplace or an antivirus suite, it would be a waste of time to purpose. despite if that's a smaller software, much less complicated, inclusive of a game, I in all threat ought to.

Have you heard of "CRUZER" ?

It is a type of flash drive (or thunmb drive) that allows a full software program to be stored and taken to a different computer and used there.

Have your computer techie at the store explain how cruzer will help you .

I installed 3 of my favourite software programs in my cruzer. Now when I go to our local computer club I don't have to search and fiddle with a computer there. I just insert my cruzer into the USB and I am ready to work any of the programs.

Good luck and hope this helps you solve your problem. Ron
