I'd say go with 9.10 - Ubuntu will upgrade to 10.04 automatically on Thursday April 29th (when it's released).

not basically tax statements. each and every of the archives of her time as First lady of Arkansas at the instant are not being released until after the election. The declare is that there is inadequate artwork rigidity and funds to catalog and go reference them so not something would be available. So sorry.

My sincere suggestion would be not to go for 10.4 now.. we have no idea how stable and good it would be.. i would suggest you go for Ubuntu 9.1 ( Karmi Koala ).. In simple words.. " UBuntu 9.1 rocks!!!! its so stable and fast! Incase you are planning to have a Dual boot in your system.. pls ensure that you study well about " Grub " before proceeding.

All info about Ubuntu can be found at http://www.help.ubuntu.com

Hope This helps. :)
