See if the application you are using has a Page Setup menu item.

Point to the File menu in the application you are printing from, then select Page Setup.

You should check any margins that are specified here. If there are margins specified, adjust them, for example if the width and height of margin is set to 20, try setting it to 10.

Reprint to see if there is any improvement.

Another way of ensuring that the printout will fit on the page is to use the "Fit to page" option. The fit to page option differs between printers. It can sometimes be found in the Page Setup screen as described above. Alternatively, select File then Print.

Before clicking Print again you should see a button which says "Properties" or "Preferences". Click on this button and check through the settings, you will be looking for a tickbox with "Fit to page" written next to it. Tick this box when you find it and it should ensure that the items are adjusted so that they will fit onto an A4 page without cropping.

I would have thought for something like labels you should simply use Word where its an easy process. Word is for text, photoshop is for imaging. Using the right program for the job would result in no problems and you can put borders round the labels in Word.

Save the file as a PDF then in the print options menu select "fit to printed area"
