I'm not an expert on this so i need something cheap and effective. I love taking pictures of my baby, but going to a studio all the time is TOO Expensive. I take a lot of picture at home, but i would like to print them out with a nice "proffesional looking" background/backdrop. Any program out there that can help me do is? anything i can download for free? Any suggestions?

You could do that in microsoft paint, tediously. I would recommend Paint Shop Pro, or Photoshop... both require a bit of knowledge. Try an evaulation copy of either and tinker around with it, you may find that actually purchasing the software will save you money in the long run. Plus it can be used for many other imaging tasks.
