Window Updates showing Error 80071a91. I have contacted Microsoft who have come up with various solutions to no avail. I tried reloading windows vista but it says update disabled. Going back to a restore point hasn't worked either. any suggestions?

del *.blf

del *.regtrans-ms

3. Restart the computer.
