Use a converter to change the .mov file format of iMovie to a Windows format such as .wmv
Or burn the movie onto a DVD if you have the codecs to play DVD's on your WMV.

There is no "normal" word processor on Windows XP, but I suspect you were using Word 2002 (XP). So if by "cannot open it " you mean it doesn't open when you double-click on it, that's probably because your current version of Word (2007 or 2010) isn't set to open .doc type documents. There are two fixes for that: You set it to open .doc documents in addition to the .docx documents it already opens. Here's how: 1. In Windows Explorer, find a .doc file. 2. Right-click on it and select Open With. If a menu pops up, select Choose Default Program. 3. If MS Word shows up, select it. 4. If it does not, click the Browse button. Navigate to the directory C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12 for Word 2007 or Office14 for Word 2010. (Microsoft apparently skipped Office13 to avoid spooking superstitious users.) 5. Find and select the file winword.exe. 6. In either case, check the checkbox Always use the selected program to open this kind of file. 7. Click OK. The other way is to open the .doc document from inside Word 2007/2010: 1. Press CTRL/O to bring up the Open dialog box. 2. Set the little listbox over the Open and Cancel button to Word 97-2003 Document (*.doc). 3. Navigate to the folder with the Word 2002 document. 4. Select and open it. Hope that helps.
