I cannot uninstall AVG Free 2011! Any ideas on what to do? (10pts BEST ANSWER!)?

I want to uninstall this AV and use Avast instead. But when I try to uninstall it this is the message I get:

What can I do to safely uninstall this antivirus without having to install windows again or any of that crap? Thanks
