What codec would I need to play this type of file?

Question

I already have K-Lite codec pack (full) installed!!
I played it on VLC Media Player and it never worked.. I played it on Quicktime player and it didn't work... I played it with KM Player (K-Lite installed on it), and it didn't work! The sound was only played..

What codec do I need to play this type of file? I also would like to edit it with Sony Vegas Pro 9, but when I import it in, I can only edit the audio part of it! :/

the codec you need is MPEG-4 the container is .mov (quicktime file).
