No not a virus but could be classed as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Program)...

Open Google chrome

Click at Wrench icon on top right side

Go to Tools>Extensions

Click the trash can/bin icon.

Also remove Conduit Engine if it's there.☺

If you are annoyed by the toolbar of uTorrent under your Google chrome hood, but you don't want to uninstall it, do this: right click on the uTorrent icon in your Google chrome (perhaps beside the "settings" icon) then click on "disable."

You could go into setting on Chrome and disable/remove it there. Click the wrench on the right hand side, go to Settings and on the left click Extensions. It should be there to remove.

Usually toolbars are separate programs that you have to uninstall. Check to see if there is a uTorrent Toolbar in your installed programs. If there is, uninstall it.
