I have an enormous file that I have a number of pivots, queries, etc. and it is becoming more and more unmanageable and I have to find a way to covert the file to something that is more easy to use. Any ideas?

You don't say anything about the version of Excel that you are using or what your computer specs are and what the operating system is.
If you have a lot of pages with little on each one, move as much data as you can to reduce the number of pages used. If you have many lists that are identical except that they each belong to some separate entity, move all the data into one list and use codes to identify the identities. (identical lists for different departments of a company).
Reduce the formats used both in colours and fonts. Use formatting only for output of reports and keep your data unformatted for appearance.
Go through your formulae and simplify them as much as possible.

Render in Movie Maker as .wmv It's a much smaller size. The file is most likely uncompressed and rendering it will make it compressed, much smaller, and much more manageable.

Either upgrade your computer of downgrade excel.
