List of developer which can create custom operating system?

I am in the process of working on an application. I need a list of developer what can create a operating system to run the applications. PC basic. (computer)

Why aren't you developing your application to run on a platform that already exists? Nobody will buy your software if it's not compatible with the OS they already have.



Just to make sure you have your terms right, an "operating system" is the master program that runs your computer. For example, Windows is an operating system that is used on a lot of PCs. Android would be an example of an operating system that's used on a lot of smartphones.

Wine will run 90% of programs for Window on most posix-compliant (Linux and BSD) Oses. I'm not sure what you mean though. The few B2B programs which aren't available for posix-compliant systems have equivalents -- SOME of which are even free so yes, migrating your data shouldn't be that difficult.



Does sound to me like you should take a closer look at what programs you use -- and why.

I don't think you actually know what you need. You're asking if someone can create an entirely new operating system just for the application you're developing?
