Under insert, there is case change which includes an option to capitalize the first letter of each word. That same format change is not available in the font section of the style sheet. I have a heading I want the first letter of each word capitalized, but other than individually using the title case option (too labor intensive), I don’t see a solution.

In Word 2007, you can find all instances of text with a particular outline level, and you can then select title case for all of them simultaneously. I think in earlier versions you can do the same thing but you have to find and update one at a time.

In a section title it is common US practice to capitalise the beginning of each word with a few exceptions like "of", "a" and other similar little words. In a normal paragraph it's just another annoying method of trying to make your text different, LiKe ThIs or SHOUTING or u$1ng 0th3r ch@r@ctr3r$. Anything to try to be different, yet most people that do it copied it from someone else.

Type what you want in small letters. Then point to Format Menu - change case - then choose Title Case.

This will solve your problem
