Will anyone convert a .swf file for me?

I have a short (about 30 second) .swf file I'd like converted to something I can upload on Youtube and/or play in standard media files like .wav or .mov or . something. Will anyone do it for me? Is it a long process? I'll give you 10 points for a successful conversion! Thanks... :-)
