Can you make windows install other programs during fresh installation?

Ok, as dell had is denying the fact that they sent me a new hard drive Replacement with along a with the recovery partition on the harddrive well there is no winning, since i have all the CD's that are to reinstall all the programs manually is there anyway to get these programs to make a installation disc where all the programs install automatically during windows install, to help save time and have all the programs install along with windows install.

No, those other programs aren't a part of Windows operating system, there extras, and need to be installled after you instal windows.
