how to convert JPEG files to MP3 format?

i found that my mp3 songs format is converted in to jpeg so plz help me to resolve that problem..

sounds like maybe a virus run a virus scan first in safemode. now back to the question umm never heard of this happen yet alone possible but try this



Basically its the malware that has created a folder in c:/windows/system32 called mcont i.e media control and it is also there in startup.

delete the mcont folder and uncheck media control from the start up(run->msconfig). this helped me resolve my issue.

Now download FECSetup3.3.zip, from net it is file extn changer. then you convert the file type of one file at a time or full folder at one go. I found this software very useful. All my Mp3 and avi files also changed to jpg files. Try, Good luck.

go to start-> click on run-> type msconfig then enter-> system configuration utility window will open-> click on the right most tab (startup). here u'll find the list of startup items which start automatically when ur operating system starts! find media control-> uncheck it-> click ok. then restart ur system.

right click on the song go to open with 'chose the program that opens .mp3 files' and click on use always to open this kind of file. why would you convert an image to a song i dont think that is possible try opening with ' command ' and you shall be good to go.

JPEG is a graphic file. Sounds like you just opened them with the wrong program.
