Well you can add the songs to LMMS, but it has to be in .wav format because i couldn't get mp3 files to work in it yet. I don't believe you can rip vocals from a song in LMMS. But one option could be to download a program called Audacity, so you can cut the portion of the song that has the beat, then you can export the file so it can be used in lmms. If you want to have more sounds in LMMS, it would be good to download some vst plug ins and soundfonts. Once you download a soundfont, you can open the soundfont in the sf2player. Then the vst plug in that you download can be opened in the VESTIGE. The sf2player and Vestige are on the instrument plug in list. This would give you a vast amount sounds to work with, make sure to put them in folders so it can be easy to find. Also, search the web for sound effects, loops, samples, and drum-kits you will find a lot on the web. One good thing is you can find all of this online for free, i hope the links below help you get started. I hope i explained everything clearly, if i didn't don't hesitate to contact. Good luck, i hope everything goes well.

One of the most diverse muscles in our bodies is the tongue. This amazing tool not only helps you talk, but also helps you properly sing. When you sing, it is important that your tongue rest in specific areas as certain notes or scales are attempted. Learn here how to sing https://tr.im/Fapjj

The tip of the tongue is the easiest to control, but is not what is used the most in singing. When you sing, the tip of your tongue should be lightly pressed against the back of the lower teeth. This will ensure that it doesn't get in the way, or hinder the middle, sides, or back of the tongue when attempting certain notes. The back of the tongue, probably one of the hardest areas to control, should be the section that is relaxed. Once you get used to keeping the tip of your tongue lightly pressed against the back of your teeth, this should be easier to do. You can even put the tip a little lower if you feel it's in the way or becomes irritated. So, the back of the tongue should be relaxed, yet ready for use. You should be able to control it a little bit at this point. As you practice singing a little more, try to notice what the back and middle section of your tongue are doing. On lower tones or notes, the tongue will lie flat. On higher tones, the contrary. When it comes to lower tones, the tongue doesn't have as much work to do because the lower sound that is emitted originates in the chest cavity and is formed through the throat. With higher tones, however, the higher the tone, the more 'active' this back section of the tongue must be. Now that the tongue has been covered in some detail, it should be noted that singing is difficult on the muscles and surrounding cavities and ligaments. However, difficult does not mean painful. If in hopes of reaching a certain tone or trying to hold a sound, you thereby cause stress to your neck or throat muscles, you are not going to last long. Controlling these muscles, as steadily as possible, and working them to a certain point each day, without strain, is one of the most important factors when it comes to practicing and learning how to sing. Remember, you should never feel pain nor strain.

Humans can hear tones within a range of frequency from 20 Hertz (HZ) to 20, 000 HZ. Brainwave frequencies exist at about 40 HZ and below, which makes using binaural beats necessary in order to create certain beneficial events within the brain and the body. The first thing to do, then, to create entrainment is to ensure a beat frequency of sound that is within one of the five brainwave frequencies.

When these beat frequencies are in fact within one of the five brainwave frequencies, the brain entrains towards that beat frequency. So then, it's necessary to set up a tone in a defined frequency in one ear (there are special headphones and beat CDs which are readily available) and a slightly different tone in the other ear; for example, 315 HZ in one ear and 325 HZ in the other. The resulting difference (10 HZ) is in the alpha range. The brain, then, will entrain towards that frequency, which is associated with relaxation.

Setting up these beats to encourage the brain towards one of the five brainwave frequencies (delta, etc.) can be a way to relax or focus, and also as a way to stimulate the brain to release helpful endorphins and even help to improve learning abilities. If the concept sounds interesting, that's because it is, so do a little research and see if binaural beats might be of benefit.
