Your /etc/apt/sources.list file should look like this:

deb http://packages.linuxmint.com/ lisa main upstream import

deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ oneiric main restricted universe multiverse

deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ oneiric-updates main restricted universe multiverse

deb http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ oneiric-security main restricted universe multiverse

deb http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu/ oneiric partner

deb http://packages.medibuntu.org/ oneiric free non-free

# deb http://archive.getdeb.net/ubuntu oneiric-getdeb apps

# deb http://archive.getdeb.net/ubuntu oneiric-getdeb games

Use a text editor to make the necessary changes. Back up your existing sources file just in case.

It is not a good idea to use the ubuntu repository for linux mint. It will work most of the time but eventually cause problems because it is made for linux mint and there are some differences that will eventually bite you.

The linux mint repository should have all the software that ubuntu has.

Download Mint Linux 11 is probably a lot easier to do. Ubuntu does not make changing Repositories easy to do.
