I just bought an old pc game from amazon that I used to play as a kid. I'm pretty sure I was running windows 95 back then. Currently, I am running Windows 7 64-bit on an HP laptop.

After installing the game multiple times, I receive the following error message:

"The program can't start because DRMClien.DLL is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

As said above, I have tried reinstalling multiple times, with no luck.

How do I fix this? I just want to play my old favorite game :)

Ok. A whole lot of us are down but let's see what we all have in common. *I have an 80GB PS3 (came w/ MGS3) so it's a fat PS3. *I can play some but not all PS3 games from PSN. *I CANNOT play ANY of the 10 PS1 Playstation Classics I purchased. *I CAN play PS1 CD's and PS2 DVD games. *The date did revert back to 1999. *I do connect to Internet wirelessly and browsing still works. *I am on the East Coast. I have no idea why PS Classics don't work if I'm not online because they never needed to be online but that must be a Sony PSN thing. I haven't tried but I'm sure the ones I put on PSP Still work. This CANNOT be an update because I've seen plenty of them and this is not how they work. Hope it's not a virus but whatever it is Sony is having a bad day. How does everyone else stack up to my PS3 and limitations with this error?
