How do I notify you that I've upgraded my browser to Windows 7?

Received a notice that my browser XP was going down to Basic and that's what I'm seeing in the line above my email now. I upgraded my browser to Windows 7 just 2 weeks ago. I thought it was a approved
browser. I'm not going to put another browser in this computer.

I am a paying customer.

I really don't know what you're talking about? XP is not a browser. XP is a windows operating system. I am using windows 7 here and I have 7 different web browsers.

none are XP.

If you could post the text of the message verbatim, we could probably figure it out, but such messages are hard to catch. Instead you could accurately describe what you are seeing in the line above your email now. The text of the message, the titlebar, and the menubar if there is one.

Also, what did you upgrade two weeks ago - Windows, Internet Explorer, a different browser, or...?

You can NOT upgrade your BROWSER to windows 7. Windows 7 is an operating system, not a browser. XP is also NOT a browser, it is an earlier operating system. You obviously have no clue what you are doing, you do not even know the difference between the users on the site and the site admin. Since any site can detect which browser version you are using you never have to tell anyone. So you obviously are running an outdated version of Internet explorer. And XP can NOT be upgraded to the current version of IE as it is not supported.
