If you have the any one of the following players installed



• Windows Media Player 7

• Windows Media Player for Windows XP

• Windows Media Player 9 Series



if the appropriate codecs are installed on the computer. You should be able to view the files without any problem

Which Operating system you are using? If it is Windows 2000 or XP, install latest version of Media Player.

For Windows 98, use VLCC media player, it is able to run most of the video formats.

Have you update your Windows Media Player to current version? Or, try to use QuickTime Player or RealPlayer.

You may not have proper codecs installed.



Install Kazaa Lite Codec Pack from



http://home.hccnet.nl/h.edskes/mirror.htm



and see if it improves.



Your video may not be properly encoded if you can watch other videos just fine.
