If a system file is missing in your copy of windows, you could try two solutions:
You could check with a friend where the file is and copy the file to your computer, or repair.
The first solution may or may not work but should have no side affects, the second one i have no experiance with but should do the trick, however it may take longer.

Your issues will maximum likely live in the way you install XP. There are 2 opportunities in this difficulty, depending in case you chop up your disk force C into walls or no longer. in case you install homestead windows XP on a similar puzzling disk yet in a distinct partition than homestead windows 7, the region is maximum likely with the bootloader.* XP's bootloader may have overwritten the added cutting-side bootloader of homestead windows 7, and as such, can't comprehend homestead windows 7. the in basic terms answer to this will be to reinstall WinXP first then upload homestead windows 7 on the 2d partition. (* - A bootloader is the appliance that handles the transition between the BIOS and the really operating device.) in case you install homestead windows XP on a similar puzzling disk as homestead windows 7 (with out partitioning), then there are 2 opportunities: a. XP would have overwritten your Win7 set up, yet your information are nice. the answer will be to partition, then set up Win7 OR reinstall both operating platforms. b. XP had reformatted your HDD and wiped all of your information from the Win7 set up. All you may do in this difficulty will be to partition, set up homestead windows 7 and then run a disk restoration device to get decrease back your lost information. If all else fails, initiate from scratch and keep on with the instructions at my source hyperlink.
I think your problems are worse than you think. This says system32.exe is a virus/trojan/adware (??). I guess it is good it isn't loading. You might want to do a virus scan and/or an adware/spyware scan. Good luck.
