Outlook Express for XP was discontinued when Vista

came out and the same is for W 7.

Windows Live Mail now serves both OS.

Even Microsoft Outlook wont work properly either because

I tried it when I upgraded to W 7 16 months ago!

If it is not in the Microsoft Office version you have, you may need to buy a different version of Office, or buy Outlook, although I do not think it is available stand-alone any more. The standard for non business versions is to use Microsoft Live Mail, and they no longer provide an Express version. You could download the Mozilla Thunderbird mail client, very similar and if you have an exported backup of the MS Outlook personal folders it can import this.

ISP is likewise accepted as internet provider provider. given which you have an internet connection, you're utilising centers from an ISP. besides you ought to use Microsoft Outlook offline as a private organiser. you ought to use it as an digital mail customer provided you had an digital mail account configured and you're linked to the internet. Outlook show is in basic terms an digital mail customer.
