Wondershare video converter switching aspect ratio?

Question

I am using wondershare video converter to convert files but its switching the aspect ratio when I convert, so say I select mp4 HD 1020*720 it will convert it to 720*1020 so I'm getting very skinny videos, it dose not allow you to input a ratio only select 1, what should I do?
