How do I get files from a torrent?

I'm familiar with torrents, as far as the downloading goes, and I understand how the whole leeching/ seeding thing works and all that jazz.

What I can't figure out is how to get at the files once the torrent is finished downloading. Usually I get .pdf files or some other variant that can be directly accessed, but I just downloaded a large collection of books, all of which are apparently .ISO images. The thing with that is, I've never even heard of the file extentions being used. I have .daa, .uif, and .chm files that I can't get at, and really need.

I've looked around google and whatnot for file managers that will let me at these buggers, but I can't find any that will work. I run Ubuntu 8.10, and am very comfortable running the command line. I just can't seem to find an application that will allow me to open these files and get at their data.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know how you didn't find about POWER ISO, its a free image converter and reader

U can use this software / tool to extract all the images to the format inside it and then combine all EBook u have and later combine them to write disk.

The software allows u to view ur ISO file just like a compressed file

http://www.poweriso.com/download.htm

also there are other tools available to extract them like Magic ISO and other free tools just google it, Poweriso is also free. Also linux compatible

If there is a directory named CRACK in a torrent file, this means that the file (software or games) you have downloaded is pirated. Just stay away from these files, as they may harm ur PC as they contains many malicious programs/codes, or you can be the victim of software counterfeiting. Do reply if you need any help regarding this.
