IS THERE ANY PROGRAM THAT CONVERT TIF FILES TO DWG FILES OR PDF FILES? ....THANKS?

There are programs that advertise that they can convert TIF to DWG. However, my experience with these has not been good.



The reason for this is that a TIF file is an unintelligent file (only a series of pixels making up the picture). On the other hand a DWG file is an intelligent file made up of lines having length and direction.



It is easy to convert a DWG file to a TIF, but not the other way around.



With regard to TIF and DWG to PDF, if my memory serves me correctly the Acrobat product does it with no problem.
