Nero is not recognizing your drive as a dvd burner or the media you're using. If your drive is a dvd burner then it could that the laser is gone & the drive needs replacing. Could also be the media you're trying to write to - you don't mention the type of disc you're using. If it's dual layer or +/-RW your drive may not be able to burn these. You'll need to provide a little more information.

Have you tried burning to that DVD burner using another burning software such as the one in RealPlayer? If you have...and it burned the DVD, then you may have to re-install Nero. If NOT, your DVD burner may be finished and you'll have to get a new one!
