Am a customer of software company. They say that they have redesigned the software as 64 bit.How do I know if it is 32 bit or 64 bit? Is there any software which checks this and can tell me windows resources utilized? After doing thorough assessment of both 32 bit and 64 bit versions of the same software product I dont find any difference in between the performance and speed.

In fact in some cases, we find 32 bit version better than 64 bit in some of the functionalities of the product. It actually seems the company is cheating me. I want to thoroughly check whether it is 64- bit or 32 bit...Please help me out.

Access the programme - > search 'system' > system information > bingo

Or find it and right click on it to check properties

Also find the product online and check reviews!
